Tap150-G and the Tapping Mode AFM probe with long cantilever, called
Tap190-G.
All variations of our new tapping mode probes - Tap150-G, Tap150Al-G, Tap190-G and Tap190Al-G feature Alignment Grooves on the back side of the holder chip.
